Si Belle in touch, ridden to chase leaders 2f out, stayed on same pace
Milanollo held up towards rear, pushed along 3f out, stayed on final 2f, never nearer
Alfredtheordinary in touch, effort over 2f out, one pace approaching final furlong
King Supreme prominent, ridden 3f out, weakened over 1f out
Soxy Doxy behind, moderate effort 2f out, never troubled leaders
Romford Car Two always behind
Bon Ton Roulet raced freely, soon led, uncomfortable on bends, headed and weakened well over 1f out
Ten Hour Lunch prominent to halfway, weakened quickly, tailed off final 3f
MISTA ROSSA, who was carrying some condition, made a pleasing seasonal debut. He settled well, picked up off the bend and was in front plenty soon enough. He found plenty when Calistos Quest came to him approaching the final furlong and found plenty when asked. He will handle a step up in trip without any problem and his trainer believes he will handle any ground.
The diminutive Si Belle is going to be hard to place. She is game, but there is nothing of her. She might be worth trying over further.
Milanollo ran on very well and needs further, while Alfredtheordinary is well named. He came with a run on the outside, but looked one paced.
