Lady Kingston soon outpaced

Mr Clearview slowly into stride, soon outpaced

This looked an interesting duel between last week’s Warwick scorer SHE’S A SHAW THING and the Brocklesby winner Sally’s Dilemma, but it turned into a rout. She’s A Shaw Thing broke well, had her rival in trouble after a couple of furlongs and, while she hung in the closing stages, by then she was well clear and on her way to an impressive success.

There is not a lot of her, but she’s got speed to burn, is a typically precocious sort and looks just the sort for Chester next month, where the Lily Agnes Stakes is her target.

Lady Kingston faced a stiff task against the two previous winners and was never a factor, but she will find much easier opportunities than this and is sure to come on for the experience.
