Analyis of the race
An ordinary gallop to this beginners' chase in which HUSH TIGER confirmed the promise of his debut run over fences.
Apart from a mistake at the fourth, he jumped well, led three out and stayed on well. A 107-rated hurdler with a modest strike-rate, he shapes as though he is going to make up into a better chaser.
Rossin Gold, who had unseated his rider first time over fences, shaped well enough to suggest there is a chase or two in him. He jumped well in the main, and, though the winner proved too strong for him from the second-last, he kept on for second, clear of Cybora, who held every chance, but edged left and found little under pressure.
La Reserve made a couple of bad mistakes, and was pulled up after the second of them.
