Young Dancer held up, headway 11th, challenged 3 out, led approaching last, stayed on well
Mighty Moose held up, not fluent 4th, mistake 5th, led 8th to 10th, led 11th, ridden and headed approaching last, soon beaten
Keepatem led to 8th, led 10th to 11th, ridden approaching 12th, weakened 3 out
Cusp chased leader to 7th, ridden and weakened 3 out, mistake last
Young Lorcan always in rear, reminders after 11th, lost touch 4 out, tailed off when pulled up before last
YOUNG DANCER has had his share of problems in the past, but retains enough ability to win this contest. According to connections he has undergone two wind operations, but is still not perfect in that department which makes the victory in these conditions all the more meritorious. However there are question marks over the form as a result.
Keepatem does not look an easy ride and the blinkers he has worn the last twice have bit made a lot of difference.
Cusp again did not appear to get home.
