Just Beware in touch, ridden after 5th, outpaced soon after 3 out, hung left but plugged on to go modest 3rd flat

Canni Thinkaar chased leader until after 6th, ridden when hit next, soon outpaced by leading pair, well beaten before next, lost 3rd near finish

Dance Hall Diva held up in touch, ridden and weakened 3 out

Mount Benger in touch, ridden along after 4th, headway to chase leaders 3 out, soon driven, weakened before next, virtually pulled up flat

Purr soon tailed off

Valassini towards rear, ridden and struggling after 5th, tailed off when pulled up 2 out

Are You There towards rear, ridden after 4th, soon struggling, tailed off when pulled up 6th

Black Cloud took keen hold, chased leaders until ridden and stopped to nil 6th, well tailed off when pulled up next

EDE'S turned this into a procession, completing the hat-trick in effortless style despite a 7lb rise for his Warwick win.

Always travelling powerfully, he moved through to lead three out before sauntering clear of hard-ridden rivals without Harry Skelton having to ask him for anything.

He shapes as though he'll get further, he handled the ground without any problem and his rider reported afterwards that he barely had a race here so it wouldn't be a big surprise to see him out again in the next week or so as he still looks well ahead of the handicapper.

Just Beware is hard to win with, but she ran okay given that conditions would have far too slow for her.

Canni Thinkaar was beaten three out and remains out of form.
