Jades Double led until headed 3 out, soon ridden and slightly outpaced before next, rallied under pressure to challenge last, soon led, stayed on
Buckland Gold jumped right at times, chased leading pair, mistake 6th, went 2nd 9th, ridden to challenge 2 out, led before last, headed soon after last, one pace
Sou´Wester took keen hold, held up in last, tracked leading pair after 9th, led going well 3 out, ridden and headed before last, weakened and eased flat
Rinnwood Lass chased winner, mistake 8th, mistake and lost 2nd next, dropped to last when fell 10th
He began to struggle when Sou'wester injected some pace into the contest down the back, but he kept in touch, under strong pressure and when the leader capitulated up the straight he stayed on better than Buckland Gold to land a first win over fences.
Sou'wester pulled for an entire circuit and that must have been the reason why he stopped so quickly in the home straight.
