Kames Park steadied start and held up in rear, headway on outside to go 2nd over 2f out, carried right but led inside final furlong, ridden and just held on
Salute tracked leader, led 4f out, ridden 2f out, edged right and headed inside final furlong, no extra close home
Looks The Business tracked leaders, ridden 4f out, weakened over 2f out
Buscador led until headed 4f out, weakened 3f out
Atlantic Gamble held up, headeway over 4f out, ridden and every chance over 3f out, weakened over 2f
Kames Park was the top-rated horse in the field and was receiving 4lb from Salute, but he is struggling to find his form for Linda Perratt and made heavy weather of seeing off the fully exposed Salute, who was inclined to go right under pressure but still turned in a fine effort at the weights.
