The winner had been going probably best of all turning for home and she justneeded a bit of luck. She clearly enjoys it here and might win again now, as she still won't be badly treated on her best form when she has been reassessed.
Charlottebutterfly was one of those who were in form, but having gone to the front over a furlong out, she was just run out of it. It didn't look as though it was the trip that beat her.
Magic Amigo and Fortune Point kept on reasonably well, as did Don Pasquale, who had been hampered over a furlong out and is better than his finishing position suggests.
Top-weight Moyoko didn't see much daylight in the straight and can be rated a bit better than the bare form, while Irish challenger Saucy was beaten going into the far turn.
Saleem Golam reported Surdoue lost a shoe The vet reported that Saucy scoped dirty. Mark Brisbourne reported Kings Art had a breathing problem.
