Jaunty Flight held up and behind, headway 8th, ridden approaching 3 out, every chance flat, not quicken
Mialyssa held up and behind, headway approaching 9th, led approaching 2 out, ridden and headed flat, soon hung left and weakened
Coolers Quest held up in touch, ridden after 9th, one pace from 2 out
Heart Springs held up in mid-division, headway approaching 7th, led 9th, blundered badly and rider lost iron 3 out, soon headed, weakened approaching last

AUTOGRAPH had won a bumper on soft ground and that obviously helped her chances. She had been plugging on over distances slightly shorter recently, so the this trip seemed in her favour as well.
Jaunty Flight had not seemed to get home on good ground last time on her first try at this far, but she got it well enough in the context of the race. She looks to be nothing better than average, however.
Coolers Quest, having her first run for her new trainer, has won points, but all on ground a lot faster than this. She ran off the mark of a seller and that could well be her grade on this evidence.
