Henry The Seventh chased leaders, ridden 3f out, edged left inside final furlong, stayed on

Foxxy midfield, outpaced 4f out, hung left under pressure 1f out, kept on, not trouble leaders

Copper King chased leaders, ridden over 3f out, weakened well over 1f out

A moderate affair. MILSON'S POINT did not find a lot off the bridle when third over the extended mile here last time, but he was always going like a winner from the home turn on this occasion and, though needing to be kept up to his work to the line,he won with a bit in hand. Connections now plan to put him away for the year, in the expectation that he will be a stronger and better horse next season.

Imprimis Tagula, fourth here on Thursday on his first outing since July, again cut out the running and he did not give up when headed. But he was always playing second fiddle through the final furlong.

Henry The Seventh, who lost his chance at the start when third in a visor here last month, raced without the headgear this time and got away on terms.

Foxxy, who has been running at around a mile and won a soft-ground Ayr nursery over that trip in September, found this trip too sharp, while Racing Times proved very disappointing in the straight after travelling well to the turn. This was his first run in over three months, but that is hardly an excuse initself.
