Jupon Vert ran his race under a positive ride and only just gave way on the run-in to a horse back on a winning mark. He is holdinghis form.
Blazing Batman finished well without posing a threat to the front two, but this was a creditable effort from a horse who is clearly better suited by further.
Moorland Monarch seemed to be positioned with every chance but did not see his race out and remains a maiden.
Message Recu had been shaping asthough about ready to win, but put in a disappointing effort and the ground may have been the reason. He was reported to have never been travelling.
