Shade Cozy looked all over the winner a furlong out, but he did not find a great deal when taken on by the winner and was worried out of it close home. Perhapsthis 6f, especially with the pace not being too hot, was on the sharp side for him.
Kennington, handicapped right up to his best form, was not disgraced but will probably need a bit of a drop in the weights before he is winning again.
