Plenty with chances in this grade but a change of tactics worked perfectly for the well-backed ITCANBEDONE AGAIN, who was lacking for pace when dropped in over a slightly shorter trip here on his last Flat run but was sent to the front from the off this time, made all and always looked set to hold on. He unquestionably had the run of the race with his easy lead here but proved he retains ability - this is clearly the way to ride him.

Basinet was the only one to make much impression on him in the latter stages, making headway from over two furlongs out, moving into second place one furlong out and keeping on for a clear second. He is less than entirely reliable but this effort suggest he retains the ability to win in poor company.

First-time blinkers could not bring Azreme back to his very best.
